Our Apprenticeship opportunities are available for individuals who are over 16 years old and have finished full-time education. They are offered in two different ways, giving flexibility and a preference in learning.
Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships can be completed through one of our supported local colleges. By completing your learning this way you will work 4 days a week in one of our pubs, combined with 1 full day a week attending college. Your time at college will be a mixture of theory and practical assessments and you will also be assigned a tutor who will visit you at work, to check on your progress and assist in any areas where you need further guidance.
Alternatively, we work with HIT Training providing all levels of Apprenticeships which are completed by a mix of online workshops and workplace visits and assessments. Again, you would have a designated tutor that would support you through regular online and one-to-one catch-ups in your workplace.
For both options, the courses take one year to 18 months to complete, depending on the level you are working towards. Following this, you would then take your end-point assessment which is made up of a mixture of practical assessments and exams. Courses can either be started at the beginning of the academic year or at any point throughout the year offering complete flexibility.
