1 point will be added to your account for every £1 spent on food, drink and accommodation*, upon presentation of a Loyalty Club membership QR code on the New Dawn Pubs app, or by providing the Loyalty Club membership number.

Upon reaching a point target, a credit will be added to your account and the points balance will return to zero (plus any points beyond the points target threshold).

Points can only be redeemed at time of purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.

On occasion, it may be possible to collect 2 or more points for every £1 spent. This is dependant on the individual restrictions of the offer at that site.

Points are valid for 24 months, after which, they are removed from your account and no longer count towards your points target.

*excludes periods where additional points are given.

Upon reaching 500 points, a £10 credit will be added to your account.

This does not have to be used in one transaction.

This reward credit is valid for 12 months, after which, it will be removed from your account.

From 1st April 2026, new members signing up will receive 200 points on their account as a welcome gift*. These points will count towards the 500 point reward target, at which we will exchange 500 points for a £10 credit on your account.

*As of 1st April 2026, £10 welcome credits will no longer be issued. Any monetary welcome credits issued on 31st March 2026 or before will still be valid, expiring 30 days from their issue date.

If upon registration to become a Loyalty Club member, you added your date of birth, a £10 credit will be added to your account 1 week before your birthday. This credit is valid for 4 weeks from issue. If you register less than 1 week prior to your birthday, you will not receive the birthday credit this year, but it will be awarded on your following birthday.

Claim £15 off when you dine and spend a minimum of £50 on a Monday to Friday from 5th Jan to 27th Feb 2026.

If you do not have a smartphone or tablet to download the New Dawn Pubs app, you can register for an account online. You will be given a 12 digit Customer Number, which you will need in order to collect points, and redeem your credits/ perks when you visit.

Please note, if you register via the web, rather than the app, you cannot transfer your account to the app at a later date.
