Our food and drink promise

We are proudly independent and supportive of our local producers and suppliers in and around the beautiful home counties; we have journeyed to every corner of our local communities, to ensure that our food and drink offering is finely balanced to showcase our upcoming superstar producers who are making waves in the industry, to proudly sit alongside the industry's age-old champion brands.

Food foundations

If the true British Pub experience is running through our blood, and our people are our beating heart, the food and drink we serve are the legs we stand on. It underpins everything we do, helping us stand tall, head and shoulders above the rest.

With a true passion for food, our Executive Chef Adam supports our Head Chefs in sourcing and delivering the best ingredients for your favourite dishes. He works closely with our array of suppliers to ensure quality, freshness and collaborative relationships which support the local communities and independent sellers wherever we can, while delivering great value to you.

What's in your glass?

We wouldn't be a great pub if we didn't give just as much care to what we serve from the bar, as we do from our kitchens.

Our desire to deliver exceptional quality, an interesting variety and to support local makers can be seen throughout our drinks list and on the pumps; from the local cask ales available, to the award-winning English wines.

With 5.2 million fewer adults drinking weekly in 2023 compared to 2021 (according to research conducted by KAM Insights), we have also developed an exciting 'Low & No' offer, so no matter your reasons, you can still sip on something special.

Quality you can trust

Trust and traceability is as important to us as it is to you; you don't scrimp on quality when feeding your families at home, and that should be no exception when dining out.

We believe in working with our suppliers, creating meaningful, long-standing relationships from Thatcham Butchers, Mooka, Secretts' of Milford and local Farnham supplier Steve's Fruit & Veg, to name just a few.

Every one of our pub menus is carefully planned, tasted, and tested before they are ready for you to enjoy with us, ensuring we deliver on quality, taste, value and enjoyment!
